The street of Levinsky's market with narrow sidewalks was pedestrianized, only allowing motorized traffic to cross in intersections.
To improve liveability by making streets safer and promoting local economy. This experiment was used as an opportunity to promote and demonstrate change due to heavy infrastructure development in order to generate permanent change.
