Creation of a superblock of 200 000 sqm.
Streets were reshaped reducing the lanes for cars, painting areas for promoting the neighbors gathering and physical activity , trees were planted and pedestrian space was increased from traffic lanes.
Enhance urban space close to city center and to give more priority pedestrians.
