The guide aims to inform citizens, planner, and city officials how to create “visual interventions” on streets and vertical infrastructure, called Asphalt Art. The first of two parts deals with 26 international case studies with an best practice highlight each. In the second part, the authors advise on key implementation steps in the planning process of an Asphalt Art intervention.
